The team has not mentioned the complexity of the task. Additionally, some team members have provided unstructured input.
I am unsure why they have only mentioned one application. Typically, we use Outlook and Excel for input and communication channels, in addition to the targeted application where the automation is implemented. So, in general, we use 2-3 applications.
They have mentioned a few processes with less than 10 steps and a few with more than 10 steps.
To conduct a proper assessment, we require supporting flow documents, videos, or a meeting to demonstrate the current manual task for the expected process.
