Make it more readable and correct -  In continuation of the work on the RMA V2 process, the team has implemented another type of RMA – Channel Restock. This type applies to cases where a Channel/Reseller wishes to retain a Device for re-use in their inventory upon the cancelation or return from the end Customer. Restock RMA is applicable to Channel fulfilled and AuxDevice Registered devices (mainly AirDial device). To return such device RMA-ed with Restock option, follow to the steps below • Open ‘Initiate RMAv2’ screen from Services V2 or Device Summary page • Select the newly added RMA type – Restock • When Restock is selected, Return needed is set to False as default and the options are greyed out • After clicking on ‘Initiate RMA’, the confirmation screen appears, and RMA Details screen displays RMA Type as 'Restock' and status set as 'Closed'. This requires no further updates or actions. • Initiating of the Restock RMA and successful placing the 'Restock RMA HW Products' order remove all the services associated with this device and de-register the device from customer. The Restock RMA device is still in live_float state at this moment. • It is possible to re-use this device and re-activate it to any other active customer without fulfillment, since this is already fulfilled device. Attempting to initiate an RMA for non-channel-fulfilled and non-auxiliary device registered devices with the "Restock" type will not be successful and will result in an appropriate error message. Messaging Offerings and Billing OC-4647: In the previous release, the team added additional discounted price points for messaging plans in the US and Canada to the Product Catalog. In this release, we have brought these discounted offerings as well as the offering with the regular prices to the Orders & Products page to allow the Customer Support order them from the OSS Console. Before these changes, they could add messaging offerings only through the Web or Soap UI. OC-4652: While we are working on fully implementing the cancellation process for Messaging Services, there is no option to cancel BIZ Monthly SMS Messaging for an old customer either from the SV1 page or through SOAP. For this release we decided to temporarily hide Biz Messaging - Cancel SMS Messaging offering on the Orders & Product page. As a workaround for cancelling the BIZ Monthly SMS Messaging service, which is only available on SV1 page, we recommend ordering a Messaging addon from the list of BIZ Messaging services. This will then appear on the Services V2 page, where you can cancel it.

In continuation of the work on the RMA V2 process, the team has implemented another type of RMA called Channel Restock. This type applies to cases where a Channel/Reseller wants to keep a Device for reuse in their inventory after it is canceled or returned by the end Customer. Restock RMA is applicable to Channel fulfilled and AuxDevice Registered devices, mainly AirDial devices.

To return a device with the Restock option, follow these steps:

  1. Open the 'Initiate RMAv2' screen from Services V2 or Device Summary page.
  2. Select the newly added RMA type - Restock.
  3. When Restock is selected, the Return needed option is set to False by default and the options are greyed out.
  4. After clicking on 'Initiate RMA', the confirmation screen appears, and the RMA Details screen displays the RMA Type as 'Restock' and the status as 'Closed'. No further updates or actions are required.
  5. Initiating the Restock RMA and successfully placing the 'Restock RMA HW Products' order removes all the services associated with this device and deregisters the device from the customer. The Restock RMA device is still in the live_float state at this moment.
  6. It is possible to reuse this device and reactivate it for any other active customer without fulfillment, since it is already a fulfilled device.

Attempting to initiate an RMA for non-channel-fulfilled and non-auxiliary device registered devices with the "Restock" type will not be successful and will result in an appropriate error message.
